1. Online Payment Orders
Once an online payment has been successfully completed and the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded, except where required under applicable law or in cases covered by our applicable product/support policy.
2. COD Orders
Once a Cash on Delivery (COD) order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled through the website.
If you no longer wish to receive a COD order, you may refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact our support team with your order number and relevant details. Such cases will be reviewed according to our applicable policy and legal requirements.
4. Cancellation
Customers cannot cancel an order through the website after the order has been successfully placed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are not provided for successfully completed online payment orders, except where required under applicable law or where a refund is specifically approved under our applicable policy.
6. Order Cancellation by Easy Hub India
If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled due to product unavailability, stock issues, pricing or technical errors, or other fulfilment-related reasons, Easy Hub India may cancel the order.
If payment has already been received for such an order, the applicable paid amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.
